No changes as the Calories were within my MAX.

Day 10 of 100 with my 100 Push-ups per day Goal, threw in an extra 10!! 90 days left (3 months)....ouch!!

Chest Day with Banded BB Bench Press @ 70% of MAX:
• 60% 4x
• 65% 3x
• 70% 2x (4sets)

12 Minutes - 6 sets
• 6 Push-ups
• 6 DB Pulls
• 6 DB Hammer Curls
• 6 DB Shoulder Press
• 6 Pull-ups (inverted rows)
• finish in 2 minutes, repeat


• 15x DB Floor Press Tempo (hold at bottom:02secs)

• Assault Bike 10 minutes

TOTAL CALORIES: 615
