Down to 231.8 after a low calorie, LCHF day. 17 of 20 vacation pounds are now gone after only three days. Pretty happy about that.

Wow!! So how exactly do you lose so much so fast? Is it really that much fluid?

Yes, I end up peeing a lot of it out! I went from 228 to 248 in a week and I went from 248 to 230 in a little less than a week. It’s fills up the fat cells near my stomach and sides and then it all goes away when I get back on track. It’s really quite remarkable.
