Well, it hurts to put this in here but I did enjoy a cruise ship vacation with all the bread and dessert and drinks. But the water is coming back off. I’ve lost enough water in the last 24 hours to get to this from 246.8! As long as the water weight keeps falling off, I’ll be fine.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 39.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have to eat when on a cruise! No time to diet.

I chose protein for the majority of my actual meals but I did eat the desserts! And I did eat the bread! And don’t get me started on the drinks!

Cruises are so fun and the variety of foods are great. The evening meals are most special and you have to have some desserts. It seems you did good and for surely had a good time.

Thanks, FB. It was a conscious decision to do a diet break. Down 10 in just a few days, so I'm confident the rest will follow shortly. Had a really great time.

You’ll be fine. Vacations break diets but so worth it. A vacation would be be very fun if you had to watch every single thing you ate. Trust me I know cause I’ve done it. Mealtimes stunk lol. But it does come off within a week or two I found. Depends on how much is water and how much is actual gain. With LCHF yours is mostly water I think.
