Slight gains with an unexpected “surprise” B-party 🎉 from my wife....Pasta, Drinks & Cake 🎂 , but the Fun, Family & Friends was worth it!!


Time to restart after the Large Family Breakfast 🍳 I.e. no Lunch 🥗 😎😎
76.9 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
