I have to add... 2 nights ago my hubby made enchiladas his way, not mine... with ground beef not chicken and lots of salty enchilada sauce, and wow did I have a weight gain overnight. I was at 150.4. Didn't even bother to record LOL.
LAST night I made my spaghetti, super healthy but... had 2 helpings... and um, more asiago cheese than normal.
No edema this morning, praise God. Weight down, surprisingly.
