My 2 A Day nearly knocked off a pound!!

Of course today, I am hungrier then ever!!


Chest Day was a challenge.....again....as the trainer had us do BB Press with Band Resistance. The Press was as hard as the lift!! The balance of the bar was crazy 😜 🥵🤢


Time for more FOOD ?????
