Oh- Thanks, you guys! Day 23 of 23 heavy lifting. Someone at the gym smelled sour like he left his clothes in the washer for 2 days. Realized about 2 sets in to my shoulder presses that it was me. 🤣😜 But I persevered. One more day tomorrow and then off to Gatlinburg and no gym Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Gonna work hard to keep it in check to meet my 199 goal by 8/1. Thanks again for your support. ;)

I think my body needs the break again. Maybe it will do us good to relax and just get some trail hiking in.

Shirfleur-I think it will be fantastic regardless. We haven't been alone in five years (for more than a night of having the kids sleep at grandmas). And there is always this urge to just take them with us and I think how much fun they'd have. But I was able to just say NO- We are going alone. We literally are coming back for 1 week and then leaving for the Dells- with the kids. Haven't had time off work in forever. I am super excited. Yes- LZenn- breaks can be very good. I think my body loves to take breaks and restart. Thanks, Kennyn. ❤
