Was considering doing a weekly weight in, but do not trust myself. Right now I need to feel the pain of mornings with gain. Nice trend on your graph. Good stuff.

Thanks y'all. Obviously I am weighing in daily - this is that new scale that bluetooth's to the app and records it for me. I just mean, not posting here every single day. Like today, back up .6 or .8. I would love to see how it interprets another person on it.. as it reads bmi and a whole other host of statistics. I just like the slide whistle sound it makes once it records. I'm easily amused.

I weigh every day I just don't record it. I find that if I worry to much about my weight I focus on the wrong thing. For me, yes I want to lose weight but I'm more worried about my blood sugars and changing the things I eat. I'm almost 50 if I don't do it now I never will. You chart is awesome! I can't wait to look back and see mine like that.
