No changes.....Still in maintenance & plan to push this “lifestyle.”

I had a Dr. appointment yesterday on my shoulder, as the pain has been intense for a couple weeks. He just provided a referral to an Orthopedic, I basically need to replace my joint. He said repair process is approximately 2 to 4 months.


Ouch....it’s tough getting “old.”
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
