Up 3.4 from last week but down 10 pounds from the water gained over a mini-vacation weekend with cheat food choices.
104.9 kg Lost so far: 42.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

No, I escaped pretty well. It's a slippery slope, but I ended them when I got home. We had Denise's birthday dinner at Carrabbas and I ate bread and olive oil but that was the end of the goodies!
