Just under set weight, so again no change.

Last four weeks I've biked a total of 1,379.6km (862mi) & climbed 10,318m (33,851 ft.) in 49 hrs 51 min. Calorie intake has been higher than usual to keep up (or recover) from some long days in the saddle.

So far still progressing in gaining sustained power and endurance, legs are complaining the odd day, but most days are ok and some days great.

Pic is of one of my "training partners", taken about mid ride (61km) today.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thnx Adef...that's my first "serious" road bike and I still use it a ton, very light and sporty. Agree CTD, thats one of our park ponds adjacent to our nearest city's bike paths.

Thank you Pam and Mike, and you too Rock!! I realized I had neglected to update my weight for quite some time...usually I do it monthly. I do weigh myself every day but only record a material increase or decrease. Also, I'm 3 to 8 pounds down (sometimes more if dehydrated) from my set weight which gives me a bit of a cushion to play with.

Next journal entry I'll try to get a pic of the new bike Mike...as you know, it is fast!! Set a nice time on a 28km time trial ride earlier today...#KOM.
