I'm sure a lot of it was water-weight loss, @melissatwa, but I'll take it anyway! Not sure what the scale will do tomorrow after my post-procedure meal today. I'm doing my due diligence to check out the menus at the prospective restaurants and playing around with my Food Diary to see which choices are best. Right now, it looks like Longhorn Steakhouse is in the lead carb-wise!
