Keeping busy over the four day weekend, a good 5 activities, helped digest the Calories!

Hoping to stay in the Grind the remaining Month of July......😎😎

It was tough getting up early today & head to the Gym, but the Alarm did remind me!!

After 6-weeks of PR attempts, the trainer introduced the De-Load Program :

• Back Squat Bench 4 x 10 60% to MAX
• Supersets: 4 Rounds
• KB Squat Jumps 10x
• DB Lunges 20x
• Abs 20x
• 15 Cals Assault/Rowing
Finish: 3 sets
• Hamstring Roller Pulls 15-20x
• DB RDLs 10-15x

76.4 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
