More sodium, less water intake, plus very sore body from two days of 250k+ moved in the gym explains it.

It’s always hard to gauge what is real weight gain and what’s water retention. I don’t pay much attention to the small oscillations and focus on overall trend. And as always, calorie count.

Well calories were equal to the day before and so was my activity level. Had some tacos. A lot of seasoning in them and I got lazy and didn't have my water bottle close at work so I drank maybe half as much as normal. But yeah, trending weight is a good indicator after a while.

Thanks, Kay... I miss reading the comments, too. 😉 I can't win. Fatso is my password for so many things. I don't know what I'll do if I'm ever not fat. I guess keep as a reminder. The computer guy at work had to fix some issue for me and I guess he didn't want to say it so he spelled it... "Your password is f-a-t-s-o" I said yes... Fatso. My coworkers and I were dying. 🤣 had to be there.

hi i have a question. does sore after workout will cause the weight to fluctuate? can anyone explain why? because when i weigh in daily i do see the numbers go up even when i had a sweaty good workout. just curious. thanks in advance. im new in this fitness thing. 😂

when you work out you tear your muscle fibers and that can cause temporary gain- I think from water?... as the muscle is inflamed.
