Great water and bulk regularity during my vacation. The only significant difference from my regular routine is a ton of sleep and lower stress levels. Interesting.
103.1 kg Lost so far: 44.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
