We had the ultimate healthy meatloaf last night and because it is SO fantastic... I may have had 'extra' resulting in too much salt. Despite the water gain (I check my ankles, press my forefinger and see the edema, figuring it will show up on the scale), my weight was down a hair. Yay. Even at this tiny weight loss on a daily basis, it will ultimately equal my monthly weight goal. As much as I want to drop weight rapidly, I've been there before and gain almost twice that on that special diet, and I know that slow weight loss equals slow weight gain. Easier to catch and fix on a daily weight check.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

thank you. As expected up a bit today but I had some salty food last night. Give it a few days of going up then dropping to perhaps 152.4 again lol
