This is more accurate. 6 hours of sleep instead of 14 and my lightest so far this year. 185 was a fluke. Maybe next week.

I think we will continue to drop weight at the lake since I've stopped eating everything in sight and we can exercise a lot together. Won't be like years past. 💪🏼yay us! ❤️

Seriously though, DP, each time he gets up to go grab another plate of chicken, grab his wrist and sit him back down. I'd love to see both of you guys keep it in check and not hafta double the gym efforts to make up for it. Do it this one time to see if you can.
