Thank you both! It's not even yet noticeable. Except on my scale, haha. But my jeans are looser, and I am not snoring or waking up with a dry mouth or acid reflux. It was tough giving up my ice cream... I am not a fan of SlimFast diets but I needed to add protein, so with eggs and high fiber toast, meatloaf at dinner (I have great recipes for low on fat meatloaf which my husband hijacked and is currently making. Like... right now), I will have SlimFast berry smoothie with 1% milk for late meal/dessert and that satisfies that craving. My weight loss is on par with any other diet but I think healthy/balanced.
