Hello Maximum Effort Monday!!! Okay, so my week has been full of triggers and I struggled. Am happy I showed a bit of a loss since I feel so unfocused. I give myself a 20% effort rating this week. I am not taking advantage of the summer to achieve my goals. I am making a plan to Just Do It! Today is 10 weeks till Labour Day (Sept 2): time for the 10 WEEK MAXIMUM EFFORT CHALLENGE. Are you in????

I’m in other than my three week trip to the UK on July 18 👏🏼👏🏼 but in the meantime I am staying disciplined! We’ve got this! 💪🏻
