I’m the same as you dp in the way that I never fall off the wagon, never go off track, and the two pound gain I had a couple days ago is not gone. Very weird. I can’t explain this one. I’m still doing what I’ve been doing. Don’t ya hate it when people think they got you all figured out? And they have no clue??? HAHA

Maybe it’s myscle? I sure hope so. Cause while the scale has gone up my clothes are loose. Hmmmm maybe I’m figuring it now after all...😲🤔

Your trend is awesome. I don't really look at the day-to-day any more.

Scales fluctuate way too much for daily weigh-ins to give an accurate story of your progress. If you go to the last day of your lowest weight, then go back 1 week prior to that, then 1 week prior to that, etc... you will see a better story and see how much progress you are making!
