Tuesday and overcastness (haha) in SoCal. We are all hoping for some motivational Sun 🌞 !!

Once a week HIIT PROGRAM at the Gym...over 20 people. Great Push by our trainer:

Four (4) Rounds Every :90 secs
• Air Runner 120 Cals
• Jump Rope 100x
• Rowing 12 Cals
• Burpees 4x, MB Slam 4x, WB Rotation 4x

Finish with Core
Over 700 Cals Burned
76.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
