Woke at 233.8, the same as yesterday. Completed a fasting Monday except I had a glass of red wine after work at a short business meeting. Came home at 231.8, so I lost the extra weight gained over the past two days. Will eat something tomorrow. Been watching the videos of the original alternate day fasting program and they actually have the folks eating about 500 calories on "non eating" days! I have been going cold turkey. I may eat some protein for dinner on those days. But I need to bank some calories as I'm leaving on vacation on June 21 and no doubt I'll have some heavier eating days during that.
105.1 kg Lost so far: 42.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
