Less pounds today. (Back to 170) ..... the extra calorie burn & limited amounts ingested paid off. No doubt the Grind was a factor, but coming in with almost 500 Cals in the negative impacted the “flow of the Fat.” Haha 😂😂😂🤪🤪


Time to figure out a progressive ritual to honor the maintenance......
