Liv Lite's Journal, 28 May 19

Not much of a drop but I said goodbye to Doritos (one of my main go-to junkfoods in the 300s), ate a day of mostly fruit (high carbs) plus eating the rest of processed/high sodium foods (ham, sausage, etc) in fridge this past week. Time to change up diet to a bit cleaner as my Healthy Summer challenge. Weight zoomed up to 304.4, then slowly came back down, so I am happy with this weight today. Next weigh-in June 1st & looking forward to it!
135.7 kg Lost so far: 25.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
