Draglist's Journal, 22 May 19

Woke at 227.8 and continued day three of a liquid fast. Weighed 226.8 at hour 72. I have a business lunch and an awards dinner tomorrow, so I will break the fast in the morning with a small protein shake to get started slowly. This fast has been very effective and feel absolutely great with no hunger at all. Great blood numbers: 70 glucose and 2.4 mm ketones. How real has the struggle been? I haven't weighed 226 something since Feb 20!
