Fighting a cold, but not the hunger side.

I had a difficult time pushing myself to the gym, though realizing it was an easy excuse!!


Survived!!! Burned 600 Cals!!

Adam, thx I hit the Sauna this afternoon & it helped drain the body. In addition, pounding down the water 💦 💯+ !!
