Tell all Tuesday? Okay, enough said...no weight gain....

Participated in our Tuesday HIIT ordeal, 700 Cals Burned in :60 minutes. Speed was everything, from plate jumps, Ball Slams, Jump Rope, Air Runner & Burpees!!
