Steven Lloyd's Journal, 13 May 19

Still running under set weight by a few pounds when hydrated, so no change in recorded weight.

Hit some satisfying goals on the bike the last month or two also.. some very good days of fast, sustained efforts which made all the winter hard work really worth while.

I just returned from a short buddies golf trip in the nearby Rocky Mountains, we had some great visits, meals and fun times...scenery and golf were acceptable too 😎😁.

Pics taken from our veranda and Saturday's night dinner on the veranda...bbq'd tenderloin, caeser salad, scalloped potatoes and grilled asperagus/peppers).

Thanks friends, group effort on the meal and everything tasted as good or even better than it looks. I was over calories on that day, with adult beverages included, but no worries in the weekly and overall scheme of things.

Good times with good friends. Who could ask for more?

Leaning towards acceptable, but only a small margin 😜. Yup, you know a thing or two about how to make a great day. Looks wonderful. Inspired to make a new great day myself. Kind of forget about this important part sometimes, while having focus on more trivial things.

Exactly B, memories made with friends and family...priceless!! DIddlee, we played two rounds and still had lots of time to make dinner, relax and enjoy the long sunset...we've been doing something like this get together (once a year) since the mid nineties and it never gets old!

The pic doesn’t match the food pic

Thanks Laura, real food fresh off the BBQ, with a nice wine. Sahil, the scenic and food pics are two separate pics...Fat Secret pushes them together when posted.
