Yessss 5 pounds in 6 days! wooohoooo! Checked weight because ate more carbs and calories than usual, so a pleasant surprise this morning :)
138.3 kg Lost so far: 22.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, 3.2/5 was from a gain, now re-lost, so no magic formula to share! Just tracking calories & carbs after exceeding them for awhile. :)
