Good weekend start ⭐️

Attended the Hybrid WO Class today & a Roll of the dice cost me a few Burpees at the end!! Good laugh 😂, more like a crying 😭 laugh, but we all finished....almost hit 700 Burned Cals, ready for Breakfast 🍳
76.4 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
