Hello May 1st! Well, April was a tough month for me and the overall loss of just 3.2 pounds reflects my inner struggle. I will soon hit my first FS goal and feeling great despite the wintery chill & seeing snow outside LOL This month, I will focus on some NSV (non scale victories) such as walking distances and smaller sized clothing items (currently hanging in closet - some new with tags!). Thanks to everyone for their support!!!! Hugs :)
139.3 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oml it snowed here too yesterday but thankfully it melted by morning, where is SPRING 😩 anyway April was very hard month honestly I am glad it is over

Even though you lost only 3 lb it is still better than gaining, you did good and I am sure you can do better, keep going girl 👏🏻

Wow, you’re doing amazing! Don’t let a slow month discourage you! The most important thing is that you get up and continue your weight loss journey. You’ve done some major damage to that weight goal ( in a good way 😉) ... keep pushing yourself and stay consistent and optimistic. You got this!

That's still good 3.2 pounds. I'd be happy if I could maintain a steady weight loss like that.
