I'm doing well. Not 10/10 but a good 8 lol. I'm going to try yo get back to the 180's for the summer.

I was excited about gaining weight and leg size but now I am not happy with the body fat level. I'm torn on cutting or bulking lol. I think cutting wins since the weather is getting good.

It's why I don't want to bulking again, it's hard for me to go back to eating less to lose weight.

I think that you can go directly into a cut.
