What are you doing because it’s working great 😊

Thanks, jcmama. Been lifting every day for the last 31 days for usually an hour and trying to just be more active through the day. Watching my calories. I am sure that I am putting muscle back on but even knowing that doesn't keep me from feeling discouraged when the numbers on the scale won't drop. Hard not to focus on the numbers even when I KNOW that there is a huge difference in body composition when people lift weights. Anyhow- thanks for the added encouragement because Diablo brought home 2 donuts and a giant cookie and I'd love to eat all three. Going to the gym instead... Not that I can't fit it into my calories- but I do better to refrain. Once I eat a donut, I can eat 6- so I need to work on that. ;)

Oh sweet Princess, our Queen really...don’t be discouraged. I spent months doing it all right but kept gaining. It wasn’t until I took the scariest plunge of my life and started eating more that the scale moved. The reality of eating more to weigh less boggles my mind but I can only say it’s what worked for me. Today, I almost hit my goal, soooo close...only six ounces and I’m there. Keep on doing it! You’ll be there too before you know it...well it takes time mind you...I’m like a turtle but there’s no race...it’s lifelong. Push on beautiful lady!!!!😘🥰❤️

You can do this.. It is all about making committments to long term consistency versus making shot term intensity commitments.

You got this!! I’m not refilling my hormones because when I started taking them I lost all of my squat and other exercises energy. I’m still loosing but I don’t look as good as I did earlier on when I had energy.....fluffy😩😩🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s like the post Rosio shared. I’m 2 months of only eating healthy and because of no energy and in two months I lost a lot of weight, however I miss the not fluffy look I was more tone heavier when I was doing more.
