Doctor visit weighed me at 137 with clothes and shoes. I also grew almost an inch. 5’2.5?
61.2 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yoga improves posture and muscle tone so it is possible.

I thought it was wrong too so I had another nurse measure me again. She got 5’2.5”!!!! The first one got 5’3.25! Normally I’m 5’1.75

Nice. I went to the Dr. and grew 2 inches once. Ever since then I relied on measuring myself lol

Hey, thinking about it, I went to visit my friends on December last year and I was looking taller than them. It may true, and I am taller now. I was the fattest before and also the shorter.

Could be proportions too. Less wide same height looks taller? Maybe my posture is better?
