I expected a gain of 3 pounds... not 5- so yes- going to try to fast all day. Ate enough calories yesterday for two days and don't want to lose my progress. :(

Just keep up on water intake too 😊😊 I fall off sometimes but it’s super huge!! You and I are about the same weight now😊 we should be drinking at least 70 oz to 109 oz a day. I need to get back on track with that. You will find your tricks that work for you from all of us here with trial and error. Big believer in CICO but weight wise I’m not ready to to eat whatever and fall in a deficit. I will be more comfortable with that when I’m close to goal. I do CICO and log everything. I found for me a nice WOE that works for me😊😊🤗 it’s a mix of Keto and Mediterranean and just healthy choices, but I also allow the pizza once a week or every 2 weeks or a casserole here and there. You’re hubby and Chris and Rosio got it down for sure!! 💪👏👍 figure out what works for you and I promise it won’t feel like a diet. I plan on doing what they do after I get to a healthy weight 😘

I was sadly 269 in November. Steroids for severe pneumonia 21 day hospital visit on oxygen all 21 days did me in. Prior to that I’m a mommy too🤗❤️ 3 kids and since my first over 19 years ago I struggled. I wasn’t a lucky one like most of my friends who went back to normal. You’re good and you got this😊😊👍👍💪💪

Jcmama... I drink a ton of water. Rosio...lifted earlier, walked the dog, cleaning the house. If I get too hungry, I'll eat. Already ate some. Definitely planning to take the calories down though, today and probably tomorrow. If I only ate a little over, I'd continue as usual but I tripled my intake. And I have to say it was worth it. Carnitas, ice cream, chips and salsa. Yum! 😉

Damn those carnitas😋😋😋😂😂 listen hun the biggest thing I got from your hubby, Chris and Rosio is you have to enjoy life and food lol. Tonight was taco night at our house 😂😋😋😋😋 I look at daily intake and weekly. When I first started, before I found the actual way of eating I liked, i was posting sheer regrets on normal meals with the family and guess who made me feel better about it and by watching them it is about CICO. What’s great about taco night is that the soft taco boats come in a mini size. All the good sides too like guacamole, onions, lettuce and cheese. But like I said for me, I need to eat the way that makes me feel good and satisfied and they made me not cray about eating actual not all healthy food here and thee
