Different day, but no weight change & TGIF.....


Completed the Death-Con @ the Gym & involved Shoulders, Back & Legs:

• Shoulder Press to MAX-12 minutes

Death-Con (4 Rounds) Timed:
• 20x DB Snatch
• 20x DB 1-Arm Alternate Lunges
• 20x Pushups
• 20x Hanging Knee Ups
• Approx 14 minutes

Finish: Hex Deadlifts - 3 x 10

Good Clean of the Cals - 720+
77.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
