Been feeling discouraged because work is boring and my boss is annoying me. I went to training the other day which was basically a way for the administration to add details required to a journal that we keep electronically for our projects. Ultimately makes it so that I have to write up 3 locations each day, mostly all the same info on each location. So, ok, I sat through the hour-long discussion and the stupid random questions that the other people had and extended the discussion to almost 2 hours.
Today my boss told me that I have to go sit through the presentation AGAIN because the people who are running it have changed part of the presentation. Not the information, not the requirements, just the presentation. It wouldn't be so bad except that one of the presenters is a complete a-hole and if anyone asks a question, he talks for 10 or 15 minutes usually not answering the question. And heaven forbid you have a followup question because he won't stop talking long enough to listen to it. And my boss is like "well, at least you won't have to sit here in your puny cubicle listening to the guy with the sinus infection for an hour" - umm, yeah, not really what I would call a break.
Anyway, the weekend was fun, lots of dancing, but I ate badly and also seem to be retaining water so hanging in there. My friend insists that I really have to exercise to lose weight, but I know that I have to stop eating 600 to 800 extra calories a day to make any progress.

Yep! If ya don’t put it in ya don’t need to work it off with exercise! And, if you limit the carbs I personally think the weight drops off quicker fo sho! 😂 Got back on the plan the other day again myself! Trying to hold it to 1900 per day! Feeling better almost immediately! Good Shedding!
