Had a major whoosh late last night and throughout the day. Had to get up a leave a few meetings! That resulted in a new (recent) low before dinner tonight.
103.1 kg Lost so far: 44.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I remember those meetings... a whoosh is definitely a reason to get out of them, even for a few minutes.
