Crazy weights lately - went down to 250 10/11 but then back to 260 10/17 then back to 250 10/19 but back to 255 10/21. I am sure (most) has to be fluid retention but it still made me call the scale an ugly name.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
