Thanks! Will need it. :) It’s easy to see faults with other people when it comes to their eating habits but so hard to follow the same advice I dole out.

It’s going to be a little different this time. Workouts are going to be harder so I need to find a good balance between eating enough calories to get through and not gaining weight. Something I struggled with in the past.
