Decent drop for me. I can feel my body changing a lot right now. I’m nursing 2 injuries at the moment, pulled hamstring and sprained shoulder-however I’m functional and productive even with.
Looking forward to more drops in the coming weeks! 💪🏻☝️🙅🏼‍♂️🏃‍♂️💥🙏🏼
