Weighed in heavier today, previous weight was about 0.7 lower. Such is life
I’m confident in my plan and will continue trooping forward. It takes 5-6 weeks for me to notice sizeable weight reductions, so patience would serve me here. 🙏🏼
94.1 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
