Too many spoonfuls of PB yesterday.... I need to cut back to every other day!! Maybe even with the Coffee ☕️

Oh well, the Gym did payoff——We Burned 711 Calories & mainly due to Front Squats

Warmup- Assault Bike & Stretches

5 Rounds
• F. Squats 8x
• DB Chest Press 5x, ASAP (as SLOW as possible)
• :30 secs Hollow Hold

4 Rounds
• Inverted Rows 3x ASAP
• Band Pulls 20x
• Assault Bike 5 Cals

Finish-Assault Bike 12 minutes

Time to Stop Wishing, Start Doing!!!

Thx, plan an event or extra activity over the weekend & easier not to worry about the calories.

@srossca - I will hit the gym and run this weekend, but that keeps my 'gain' down to one 1-2 pounds Haha. Last weekend I was travelling and didn't get my normal workout and gained 5 pounds...

Yes, PB is my favorite snack meal & I have tried the PB2, but I need the crunchy....haha😎
