I ate too many calories 😈😈😈 today I’ll be better. Long walks on the beach is on the plan.

It will flush off. Sometimes I think my body likes when I mixed it up a bit.

I think you’re right. I tend to gain over the weekend and lose during the week. As long as the loss is greater than the gain all is well.
