Decided to log the current Idiot Box 172.6 - not bad considering surgery and holidays. I actually lost 8 from the original swelling and maintained my pre-surgery weight drop.

Oh yeah i think you hold water like crazy after surgery! Are you feeling better, like getting back to normal?

Well done!

@jengerfit123: I am doing much better. The incisions still are a bit swollen and look a little "angry" - but energy and range of motion is returning. I have to wait for surgeon to say I can use my arms at the gym to even use the arms on the elliptical, or the rowing machine. A longer wait to be able to lift again! I am patient.

That is awesome, ty for letting us know. I have heard ppl say they felt worse in recovery than anticipated, so it sounds like you are passing with flying colors!. (I am not a medical professional, lol.)
