Slept in, then fasted all day. Got back to the mid 220s.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 45.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Mom and HCB! Going to eat meat and veggies with a little cheese and a few nuts. Targeting 2100 calories per day with a weekly fasting Friday. Probably will wrap up the month with a three-day water fast from Thursday dinner to Sunday dinner.
