I had a chance to lose a few ounces....making room for my Vacation!!


WOD - Saturday 50’s (Burn 825 Cals)

Warmup-8 minutes (Stretch, Lunge Hold, Bands Over Shoulder, Goblet Squat Hold)


Exercises - 50 Reps each
• Pull-ups
• Pushups
• KB Squats
• DB Shoulder Press
• Jump Box Over
• MB Over Shoulder

Finish: 600m Rowing, 600m Run, 1 mile Assault Bike (pick two).


Time to pack!!
