Thanks Erquiaga— like many people, I have a family history riddled with diabetes and obesity. I made the decision in college that I would never follow that path. Good choices most of the time, not so good occasionally , moderation, portion control and fun type of exercise like swimming, hiking, walking almost everyday. I don’t even think about it, it is a natural way of life.
