That's officially all the weight gained from your splurge gone - and then some. I know you work hard, but you make it look so easy. :)

Thanks! There is something to say about a cheat day instead of 2-3 days in a row. Especially when you do a glycogen depleting workout beforehand. That has to be what helped this time. My eating was out of control on Christmas with the family but I kept it to one day instead of 2-3 like when I went to Wisconsin on the weekend of the 15th. I think there was a real fat gain after that but not after the single cheat day on the 23rd. With all of the documenting and experience I slowly gain the knowledge of what exactly is going on. It sure is empowering!

Wow great job cheating, gaining just a little and getting it off so quickly!

I have found that to be true about cheating. I find that often it's not one day but a series of days that causes problems. That is what is going to bite me in the butt come the first of the year...

Yep, the vast majority of carbs go to refilling glycogen stores on the first cheat. The last thing your body wants to do with carbs is to convert them to fat but once those stores are full, the extra will "spill over" into fat stores which is why day 2+ of overeating set you back.
