Woke at 225.8, down 2.4 from yesterday. Went in to work today after taking the day off with a cold yesterday. Had a big breakfast of protein drink, lentils, and roasted turkey before leaving. Then I had a big lunch of shredded beef and chicken, quac, and shredded cheese. Came in the door after work at 223.2, which amazed me. I seem to be moving down. My resting heart rate is higher after eating three times a day with protein immediately upon waking. 4-Hour Body book said this would happen. Will keep monitoring.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 46.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
